DO YOU SERVE BROWN RICE?
Yes! Anything that comes with rice, we are able to change it to brown rice to make a healthier and more satisfying meal for our customers.
WHAT MAKES YOUR FOOD HEALTHIER?
For most of our Hawaiian Grill items, we cook using a charboil grill using no oil. We cut off any fat from the meats so you aren't chewing on fat like other restaurants. Our teriyaki sauce contains less sugar than other teriyaki sauces and we pride ourselves in serving steamed vegetables with most of our bowls and plates instead of per se stir-fried vegetables.
ISN'T FISH&CHIPS FATTENING?
As you know, Fish & Chips and most of the cuisine is fried, however although most believe that it is bad to eat, it's actually not as bad as you think! First off, it has way less fat than per se other types of food that have cheese, sugar, beans, fattening meats, and other ingredients. With Fish & Chips, it's simply the fish (which is a beneficial ingredient than other meats) and the french fries. If french fries are a bit to heavy for you, you can certainly substitute french fries for another side item! It doesn't leave you with a groggy feeling or too full like other dishes! Although it is fried, it's certainly better off than baked lasanga, an enchilada, or a huge burger!
